Holistic Nutrition goes beyond food, focusing on all aspects of your life. Mindset, self-care, stress, sleep, and community. It’s the whole body and lifestyle approach to living a really nourished life inside and out.

I address the underlying causes of your health problems (instead of just treating symptoms) so you can get well and stay well without unnecessary drugs or surgery.

I consider the modern environment and stressors shaping your health in positive, and negative ways.  The goal of my work  is to empower and educate my clients into improving his/ her health with the use of nutrient dense foods, lab testing, natural supplementation, acupuncture and lifestyle recommendations.

Your challenges and goals are your own and your treatment is personalized. A personalized approach to health care recognizes the biological uniqueness of each patient.  I evaluate the complete health history, lab reports, emotional state, lifestyle habits and current diet habits of an individual to determine the root cause of your health problems.
