Breathwork
Angelica Nori
Certified Breathwork Practitioner

Angelica has always had a curiosity and interest in alternative healing modalities and after many years of exploring her own mental, spiritual and physical misalignments with these practices felt the call to share her service with others.
She believes that each individual holds the key to their healing and wellness.
The practice of pranayama involves comprehensive breathing systems and management or control of the breath (breath retention) that promotes physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. By reconnecting to our breath (life force) the body is able to enter into a restorative state where healing can occur.

Her treatments use the power of breath, guided meditation, hands on energy healing, acupressure and other holistic/ Earth based practices to assist you in rediscovering your own potential to not only heal, but thrive.

Her mission is to help individuals find a sense of safety and calm within their mind and bodies so that they may be free to live a more connected and inspired life.
Angelica will be joining the clinic in mid August 2023
